at the same time.

The MBL will be electronically
sent to ITTI by T-Z within 5 days
of departure.

ITTI forwards weekly booking
recap to importer the day of receipt.

ITTI issues arrival notice/freight
invoice to our broker the day of
receipt. This forwarding will include
ETD, ETA as well as other information
to be determined and requested by
the broker.

rail carrier to be used.

Broker issues IT & pickup
orders to trucker 2 days before
vessel arrival.

ITTI issues arrival notice to
intermodal forwarder and appropriate

arrival at the west coast.

ITTI pays ocean freight
2 days before vessel arrival in
port.

Intermodal forwarder issues billing
to the rail, invoices ITTI for door
move.

Intermodal forwarder coordinates
pickup and rail move.

ITTI coordinates receipt of monies
and authorizes door delivery.

Intermodal coordinates door delivery
